Editorial Director Lamar Jackson expects to start Sunday night against the Steelers after logging a second straight full practice Thursday. "One hundred percent," Jackson said. "I'm gonna be out there." Jackson, who missed last week's game against the Packers with a back contusion, said he began feeling better Monday and had a workout to test his back. "[I've been] doing a lot of treatment, trying to get the contusion out of there, as much as possible, but I feel great right now," Jackson said. Jackson is on track to have his first full week of practice since early November. Two key starters, wide receiver Rashod Bateman and outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy, did not practice for a second straight day. Bateman is dealing with an illness and Van Noy has a quad injury. Left tackle Ronnie Stanley (knee), guard Andrew Vorhees (foot), fullback Patrick Ricard (ankle), tight end Charlie Kolar (nose), and defensive tackle Taven Bryan (knee) were all upgraded from limited particpants to full participants Thursday. Linebacker Roquan Smith (hamstring) was limited for a second straight day. In Steelers news, it continues to sound more likely than not that star outside linebacker T.J. Watt will return to the field after missing the past three weeks due to a partially collapsed lung. However, it remains to be seen how many snaps Watt can take. He was limited in Wednesday and Thursday's practices. Steelers DC Teryl Austin on T.J. Watt: "It'll be great to have him back.
